These terms govern your use of the Pelora Surfaces website and describe the basic terms of our services. By using this site or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms. Pelora Surfaces is a Pelora company serving Orange County, California.

Estimates and quotes

The instant estimate calculator on this site provides a general price range for planning only. It is not a binding quote. Your exact price comes from a free on site estimate, provided in writing before any work begins. The written estimate, once accepted, defines the scope, price, and schedule of your project.

Our work and results

We describe expected results honestly, but the final outcome depends on the condition of the surface. Some stains, oxidation, and damage are permanent and may not fully come out. We assess your specific surfaces in person and tell you what to expect before you commit.

Workmanship warranty

Every job carries our workmanship warranty as described in your written estimate. This covers the quality of our work. It does not cover normal wear, pre existing damage, changes caused by weather or use after we leave, or manufacturer defects in third party materials, which carry their own manufacturer warranties.

Insurance

Pelora Surfaces carries liability insurance, and our crews are insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request before work begins.

Scheduling, access, and payment

You agree to provide safe access to the work areas and a working water and power source where the service requires it. Payment terms are set out in your written estimate and are due as agreed there.

Website content

The content on this site, including text, images, and design, is owned by Pelora Surfaces or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Before and after images illustrate our work and typical results; individual results vary by surface and condition.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pelora Surfaces is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the written agreement for your specific project or under California law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in Orange County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised.
